• Full operational management of the funeral agency

• Recruitment, training, and development of staff

• Planning and conducting funerals

• Fleet and risk management

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

• Industry Entry (DOFA) Requirements:

  • 2004–2007: 30 Credits on NQF 4 by 31/12/2009

  • 2008–2009: 30 or 60 Credits on NQF 4 by 31/12/2011, or full FAIS qualification by 31/12/2013

  • 2010 Onward: Full FAIS-recognized qualification required

• Other Certifications:

  • RE5 certificate

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Clear credit record (ITC)

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in the funeral industry (advantageous)

• Strong marketing skills (essential)

• Good financial management capabilities

• Business and functional leadership
