Main Purpose of the Job:
Pam Golding Properties Pty Ltd is seeking a self-driven and energetic Receptionist for the Randburg office within the Westrand territory. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and will also provide essential front-desk and administrative support to the office team and sales agents. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a high standard of professionalism are essential for this client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle front-desk reception duties including telephone calls and walk-in clients

Keep reception area neat and professional at all times

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately
-
General office administration support
-
Screen and route incoming phone calls
-
Manage and respond to email enquiries, directing them to the relevant team members

Coordinate bookings and manage meeting room schedules
-
Set up for meetings and training sessions (equipment, refreshments, etc.)

Receive and sign for deliveries, documents, and keys
-
Manage stationery and office supply orders
-
Ensure the office is securely locked at close of business

Maintain and update office telephone list
-
Assist with printing property listings, brochures, and reports for sales agents

Prepare show day packs and assist agents with marketing material

Add buyers and web enquiries into the company’s database system (Alchemy)

Send out emailers and marketing communications when needed
-
Liaise with external suppliers when necessary

Perform any other administrative duties as required by management

Education & Experience Requirements:

Minimum of Matric (Grade 12); a post-matric diploma is advantageous

1–2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with real estate systems like Alchemy is a plus
