Purpose of the Role
To assist patients with admissions and discharges professionally, while ensuring compliance with administrative protocols to prevent financial and operational risks, and to maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately capture and process admissions and bookings

Ensure proper execution of discharge procedures as per Patient Administration Manual
-
Adhere to company policies to identify and prevent financial risks (e.g. blacklisted patients)

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Provide excellent service to both patients and medical staff
