Purpose of the Role:
To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Business Manager and Broker Sales Manager, ensuring efficient office operations and coordination of key business functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and general office administration

  • Handle mail and information flow efficiently

  • Arrange travel, meetings, presentations, workshops, and conferences

  • Prepare documents and distribute them as required

  • Take and distribute meeting minutes

  • Consolidate and generate reports

  • Provide ad hoc secretarial and administrative support


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Secretarial Qualification or Diploma

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a secretarial role

  • Experience in a sales environment is an added advantage


Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level)

  • Familiarity with Service Request System (SRS) and Amex Travel System

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication
