Purpose of the Role:
To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Business Manager and Broker Sales Manager, ensuring efficient office operations and coordination of key business functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage diaries and general office administration

Handle mail and information flow efficiently

Arrange travel, meetings, presentations, workshops, and conferences

Prepare documents and distribute them as required
-
Take and distribute meeting minutes
-
Consolidate and generate reports
-
Provide ad hoc secretarial and administrative support
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
Secretarial Qualification or Diploma
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a secretarial role
-
Experience in a sales environment is an added advantage
Skills & Knowledge:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level)
-
Familiarity with Service Request System (SRS) and Amex Travel System

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication
