Job Purpose:
To facilitate the sale of parts and ensure strong customer service through efficient order handling, accurate invoicing, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain customer relationships

Receive and process parts sales orders
-
Prepare accurate quotes and invoices
-
Monitor and manage urgent orders, deliveries, and collections
-
Keep invoice registers and parts catalogues up to date
-
Handle customer follow-ups and backorder distributions
-
Assist with stocktaking and general parts operations
-
Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
-
Maintain ISO 9001 and safety compliance
-
Support the Warehouse Controller and assist in operations when required
Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 / Matric
-
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a parts sales environment

Technical background is advantageous

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
