Role Overview:

Are you passionate about technology and sales? Core Group is looking for an enthusiastic Online Cellular Sales Consultant to join the Apple iStore team. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service via online channels, driving cellular sales, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for Apple customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Engage customers via online platforms with professionalism
Respond to inquiries and complaints efficiently
Provide solutions to ensure satisfaction

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Convert online leads into sales opportunities
Upsell and recommend complementary products
Prepare and manage customer quotes

Stock Management:

Handle stock allocation, returns, and repairs
Maintain accurate and real-time stock records
Follow company stock control procedures

Compliance:

Submit required compliance documents daily
Identify and report risks or suspicious activity
Safeguard customer information and documentation

Team Administration:

Maintain administrative systems and processes
Meet daily and weekly administrative deadlines
Participate in team discussions and share insights

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – Required
Tertiary qualification – Advantageous
2+ years in a retail sales role
1+ year of experience in the cellular industry
