About the Role:
Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is looking for a Hygiene Assistant to support operational requirements at our Gqeberha site. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality hygiene services across client premises while adhering to safety, efficiency, and service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)

  • Previous hygiene and cleaning experience (advantageous)

  • Familiarity with MS Office (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all deep cleaning and hygiene servicing tasks on client sites according to service instructions

  • Assist in the delivery of consumables and ensure chemical stock (e.g. sani bin powder) is packed and available

  • Handle the servicing and disposal of sanitary bins in line with health regulations

  • Ensure all daily and monthly scheduled services are completed on time and at the required standard

  • Return unused stock to the warehouse and report to the supervisor and warehouse assistant

  • Report equipment issues, client complaints, or site incidents immediately

  • Ensure equipment remains clean and functional on-site

  • Maintain professional behaviour and wear company-issued PPE and uniform at all times

  • Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety regulations

  • Assist with warehouse, vehicle, and office housekeeping duties

  • Be available for overtime work when required by management (pre-approved only)

  • Carry out any lawful and reasonable instruction given by management

  • Ensure client service levels are met and upheld at all times
