Purpose of the Role
To maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly environment in and around the branch, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming for customers and staff at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain personal hygiene and wear full Hollywoodbets uniform
Clean work areas (inside, outside, and car park) before, during, and after service hours
Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum floors; clean walls and empty refuse bins
Sanitize and maintain restrooms
Wipe and clean tables, chairs, furniture, TVs, lights, and equipment
Ensure cleanliness during peak and quiet periods
Use cleaning materials and chemicals appropriately
Request replenishments of cleaning supplies and report broken items to Branch Manager
Clean air conditioner filters weekly
Monitor and report on the condition of furniture (e.g., wobbling tables, worn seat covers)
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience
Preferred
Matric (Grade 12)
