Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Floor Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team at Jonsson Workwear Waterfall in Midrand. The ideal candidate will be service-driven, team-focused, and adaptable—ready to assist customers and ensure the store delivers an unforgettable retail experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver superior in-store customer service through professional engagement

Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable workwear solutions

Maintain a thorough understanding of Jonsson Workwear’s product range

Assist with the day-to-day operations on the shop floor, including merchandising, stock management, and cash desk support

Ensure a smooth customer journey—from advice to checkout

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12

Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
