Purpose of the Role:
To grow, retain, and maintain customer accounts profitably through cross-selling and upselling, while delivering a low-effort customer experience in line with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth:

Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Grow existing local accounts and National Deals.

Leverage joint marketing opportunities to drive volume.
Relationship Management:
-
Build strong ties with local brokers, insurance networks, and fitment centres.

Manage accounts effectively by resolving queries and handling overdue payments.
Customer Service:
-
Deliver consistent, high-quality service with low customer effort.

Ensure pricing is accurate, up-to-date, and properly audited.

Handle deal implementation and communicate local deals to fitment teams.
Market Intelligence:

Share insights and leads with Channel Managers (Insurance & Fleet).

Promote brand visibility through industry events and marketing material distribution.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
-
Matric (Grade 12)
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, especially cold calling.

Previous experience in FMCG or retail is advantageous.
Knowledge & Skills:

Negotiation and conflict resolution

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Numerical and time management skills
