Job Purpose
As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide front-line assistance to passengers by handling bookings, ticket sales, flight changes, and disruptions. The role requires professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes

Clearly explain airline rules, terms and conditions, and policies

Handle disruptions (flight cancellations, delays) with professionalism

Manage confidential information securely

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Provide courteous and consistent customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
-
Experience in airport operations and ticket sales

Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
