Position Overview
Hollywoodbets is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to join their Limpopo regional team. This role is responsible for driving mobile betting growth, executing regional sales strategies, managing staff and budgets, and overseeing operational efficiencies. Ideal for a goal-driven professional ready to lead and innovate in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional mobile betting growth and meet sales targets

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on brand execution

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategy

  • Manage team performance, HR functions, and daily operations

  • Monitor and control operational costs, including fleet and booster teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Implement and support CSI/ESD community projects

  • Submit daily performance and operational reports

  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required


Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license

  • At least 2 years of management experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Relevant diploma or degree (e.g. in Sales, Marketing, Business Management)

  • Project management experience

  • Solid understanding of betting types and procedures

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities

  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capacity

  • Ability to stay current with market trends and adapt strategy accordingly

  • Familiarity with TUV (Top-Up Voucher) systems and distribution processes
