Purpose of the Role
To supervise and coordinate a team of call centre agents, ensuring high-quality customer service, adherence to company policies, and achievement of performance targets.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of call centre agents to maintain service standards

Collaborate with project teams regarding fixtures and fittings for site projects

Order and ensure timely delivery of fixtures and fittings
-
Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
-
Prepare cost estimates for installations
-
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
-
Perform quality control tests on fixtures and fittings
-
Manage team diaries, coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments

Maintain divisional SharePoint site with document formatting and naming conventions
-
Support the team with daily tasks and coordinate projects as needed
Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

National Diploma in Communications, Business or related field (preferred)
Experience
-
Minimum 4 years in a Call Centre Supervisor or equivalent role (essential)
Skills and Knowledge
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (essential)

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills
