Purpose of the Role

To supervise and coordinate a team of call centre agents, ensuring high-quality customer service, adherence to company policies, and achievement of performance targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of call centre agents to maintain service standards

  • Collaborate with project teams regarding fixtures and fittings for site projects

  • Order and ensure timely delivery of fixtures and fittings

  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations

  • Prepare cost estimates for installations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues

  • Perform quality control tests on fixtures and fittings

  • Manage team diaries, coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments

  • Maintain divisional SharePoint site with document formatting and naming conventions

  • Support the team with daily tasks and coordinate projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

  • National Diploma in Communications, Business or related field (preferred)


Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in a Call Centre Supervisor or equivalent role (essential)


Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (essential)

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
