Job Description:

  • Handle customer/passenger calls

  • Assist with issues like delays or cancellations

  • Explain company processes clearly

  • Work shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

  • Handle confidential information professionally

  • Communicate effectively in spoken and written English


Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in a call centre environment

  • Skills:

    • Strong English (read, write, speak)

    • Computer literate

    • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Additional:

    • No criminal or credit record

    • Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays

    • Travel industry background is an advantage

    • Own transport is an advantage

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Calm under pressure

  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

  • Good time management

  • Professional when handling confidential information


Shift Times:

  • 07:00 – 16:00

  • 08:00 – 17:00

  • 09:00 – 18:00

  • 10:00 – 19:00
    (Includes weekends and public holidays)
