Job Description:

Handle customer/passenger calls

Assist with issues like delays or cancellations

Explain company processes clearly

Requirements:

Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
-
Experience: 1 to 4 years in a call centre environment

Skills:

Strong English (read, write, speak)
-
Computer literate
-
Excellent phone etiquette

Additional:

No criminal or credit record

Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays

Travel industry background is an advantage
