Role Overview
Flash is seeking an Area Growth Manager to drive the expansion of its sales and service footprint in the Madibogo region. The focus is on increasing Flash device placements, enhancing trader engagement through product training and branding, and ensuring optimal use of Flash’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities

Grow the Flash footprint through multiple sales channels in the assigned area

Drive Flash device sales and usage to meet turnover and growth targets
-
Increase adoption rates by providing in-store product training during visits
-
Promote and manage SIM card business via merchandising and support
-
Maintain trader relationships and complete 90% Red Flag calls to reduce churn
-
Support and manage Flash Kiosks in the area, ensuring stakeholder engagement
-
Maintain and update the trader database with accurate geo-locations
Minimum Requirements
-
2–3 years of sales or field operations experience
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)

Computer literate, especially in Excel and Microsoft Teams

Valid driver’s license
-
Willingness and ability to travel long distances
