About the Role

This is a strategic sales and client management role focused on growing and retaining enterprise-level clients within the security services sector. The position emphasizes solution selling, integrated service offerings, and technology-driven security solutions.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients through cold calling and networking

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

  • Set up meetings with decision-makers and deliver tailored presentations

  • Collaborate internally to create proposals and pricing strategies

  • Manage objections and close deals professionally

Client Retention and Relationship Management

  • Present new products and services to current clients

  • Strengthen client relationships through regular communication

  • Conduct debriefs and feedback sessions to improve service delivery

Strategic Business Planning

  • Attend industry events and stay informed on trends

  • Provide insight to senior management on innovation and market opportunities

  • Identify potential new campaigns and channels to increase revenue

Sales Operations and CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records using Salesforce or other CRM platforms

  • Forecast targets and track sales activities

  • Ensure all team members represent the company professionally

Bid and Tender Management

  • Lead and manage bid qualification and submission

  • Oversee tender platforms and coordinate with internal bid teams

  • Assist other departments in identifying and securing tender opportunities


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities

  • Financial understanding and marketing insight

  • Sales-oriented with effective negotiation skills

  • Skilled in spreadsheets, reporting, and CRM tools

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)

  • At least 5 years of B2B solution selling and account management experience

  • Operational experience in services (especially security) is advantageous

  • Proven knowledge of physical and technology-based security solution
