About the Role:

As a Specialist Clerk in Marketing, Sales & Service, you will be the primary point of contact for dealers, managing order inquiries, parts availability, claims, and cancellations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues while maintaining clear communication and positive relationships with dealers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with dealers regarding order status and potential issues

  • Respond to dealer inquiries via ticketing system, phone, and email promptly

  • Act as first point of contact for dealers and resolve concerns or escalate as needed

  • Provide solutions and alternatives within turnaround times, with follow-up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain a positive and calm attitude when addressing complaints

  • Collaborate with warehouse and aftersales teams for issue resolution

  • Manage price deviation requests

  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment


Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Knowledge of PANDA/SAP and ODBC systems


Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12 (Mathematics & English)

  • National Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, SCM, Sales & Marketing, or Business-related field

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, logistics, automotive aftersales, or related field
