Purpose of the Role
To provide accurate and detailed administrative support within set service level agreements (SLAs). The role requires precision, consistency, and a strong focus on compliance with established standards and procedures in the Life Assurance or Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities

Process and follow up on various client requests:

Premiums
-
Change of beneficiaries/brokers/DOC/details

Debit orders
-
Letters of authority
-
Claims and amendments
-

Capture and check applications:

Within 4 hours of receipt

With 95% accuracy

Monitor and manage incomplete service requests
-
Communicate outstanding requirements to relevant stakeholders
-
Offer administrative support to Life Specialists and intermediaries
-
Provide quotations and statements of benefits

Assist with organizing broker workshops
-
Maintain consistent achievement of SLAs
-
Order office supplies such as forms and brochures as needed

Participate in annual system assessments and procedural updates
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
Matric / Grade 12
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years in an administrative role within Life Assurance or Financial Services
-
Strong working knowledge of the industry
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Internet usage)
