  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service that reflects the Jonsson Workwear brand

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, gaining a clear understanding of their workwear needs

  • Recommend suitable product solutions using in-depth product knowledge

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and service excellence

  • Ensure customer satisfaction from consultation through to processing orders and post-sale follow-ups

  • Execute tasks accurately and efficiently, with strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrate accountability by following through on customer requests and commitments
