Role Purpose
To professionally engage with clients, resolve queries, and deliver service in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and legislative requirements.

Education:

Matric or equivalent (Essential)

Business-related qualification (Desirable)

Experience:

2–3 years in a client service or call centre environment

Experience in the medical scheme industry (Preferred)

Skills:

Proficiency in English and at least one additional official South African language

Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)

Handle customer queries professionally within SLA timelines

Provide accurate information and documentation

Ensure timely resolution of complaints and escalate when necessary
