Travel Requirement: 90–100% (Extensive travel within assigned territory)
Purpose of the Role:
As a Striker, you'll represent Red Bull in retail and impulse accounts within your assigned geographic territory. Your primary focus will be on increasing product availability, visibility, communication, and placements in stores, ensuring the Perfect Store execution to maximize Red Bull product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Coverage

Visit retail and impulse stores within your assigned area

Build relationships with store owners and staff
Perfect Store Execution

Negotiate placement, visibility, and promotion of Red Bull products

Ensure displays and communication meet Red Bull standards
Stock Management

Monitor and ensure availability of stock

Avoid out-of-stock situations through proactive planning
Point of Sale (POS) Management

Manage and maintain Red Bull promotional materials and displays
Administration & Reporting

Submit regular reports on store visits, stock levels, placements, and other KPIs

Use field force automation tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
Requirements:

Proven sales track record

FMCG experience (branded or retail experience preferred)

Valid driver's license

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Understanding of retail and impulse (off-premise) channels

Basic commercial math and business understanding

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); mobile field sales tools a plus

Willingness and ability to travel extensively (90–100%)

You will be part of the Field Sales Team, acting as the face of Red Bull in your territory by maintaining and growing store-level execution and presence.
