Role Purpose:

To drive sales growth and brand presence within a designated territory through effective store execution, relationship building, and performance tracking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Coverage Management:
    Plan and execute store visits to maximize sales and brand visibility.

  • Perfect Store Execution:
    Ensure optimal product placement, promotional displays, pricing, and stock availability.

  • Stock Management:
    Monitor and maintain product availability, manage stock levels, and prevent out-of-stock situations.

  • POS (Point of Sale) Management:
    Manage and maintain point-of-sale materials and branded displays.

  • Administration & Reporting:
    Capture store data, analyze performance, and report on KPIs and field activities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with retail partners, influence decision-making, and negotiate to enhance Red Bull's in-store presence.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ FMCG experience, particularly in retail environments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commercial awareness: understanding pricing, market dynamics, and volume drivers

  • Proven territory management skills: prioritization, planning, and execution

  • Negotiation and influencing abilities

  • Comfortable with data analysis and sales reporting

  • Strong problem-solving, resilience, and self-motivation

  • Tech-savvy – familiar with mobile tools and reporting software

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
