Introduction
The Body Shop, part of the Clicks Group, is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor. The main purpose of the role is to offer exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and drive sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling.
Job Objectives

Drive sales in-store through cross and up-selling.

Minimise loss and shrinkage by following Store Operating Procedures.

Create a welcoming and appealing environment for customers.

Take ownership of promotions and ensure daily tasks are executed effectively.

Build brand loyalty and increase profitability through excellent service.

Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)

Experience in cosmetics (Advantageous)

Experience in a retail sales or service environment (Desirable)
