Be the Face of IPB – Deliver Excellence in Client Service
Join our International Personal Banking (IPB) team as a Personal Banker, where you will be the first point of contact for clients, offering financial solutions, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering client relationships across channels like phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first contact for client instructions (e.g. account closures)

Resolve client posting restrictions with the BCU

Manage complex queries related to deceased clients and fraud matters

Build and maintain relationships with IPB clients
-
Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated with training and process changes
-
Identify opportunities for service improvement and customer engagement
Minimum Requirements:

Education: Secondary / High School / A Levels / Matric
-
Experience: 1–2 years in Personal or Private Banking or strong customer service background

Eligibility: Must have legal residency and right to work in the Isle of Man
