Job Purpose
The Human Resources Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the HR department. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and contributes to the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Check and verify employee packs for document completeness

Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely submission of documentation before payroll cut-off

Act as a first point of contact for store employees regarding HR-related queries

Provide accurate information on company policies and HR procedures

Perform general HR administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Human Resources

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration

Working knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
