Job Purpose

The Human Resources Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the HR department. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and contributes to the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Check and verify employee packs for document completeness

  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely submission of documentation before payroll cut-off

  • Act as a first point of contact for store employees regarding HR-related queries

  • Provide accurate information on company policies and HR procedures

  • Perform general HR administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping


Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration

  • Working knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication abilities
