Job Opportunity: F&B Service Expert (Guest Service Expert)

Position Summary

The F&B Service Expert plays a key role in delivering not just meals, but memorable guest experiences. This includes setting up dining areas, serving food and beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. The role is dynamic, hands-on, and guest-facing, requiring both physical activity and strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set and clear tables before, during, and after service

  • Communicate guest needs to kitchen and other service staff

  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and guest satisfaction

  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas and service stations

  • Manage guest interactions professionally and efficiently

  • Adhere to health, safety, and company policies

  • Handle physical duties like lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma (Grade 12)

  • Experience: Less than 1 year in a related role (hospitality or customer service experience beneficial)

  • License/Certifications: None required

  • Supervisory Experience: Not required
