Position Summary
The F&B Service Expert plays a key role in delivering not just meals, but memorable guest experiences. This includes setting up dining areas, serving food and beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. The role is dynamic, hands-on, and guest-facing, requiring both physical activity and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Set and clear tables before, during, and after service

Communicate guest needs to kitchen and other service staff

Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and guest satisfaction

Ensure cleanliness of work areas and service stations

Manage guest interactions professionally and efficiently

Adhere to health, safety, and company policies

Handle physical duties like lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma (Grade 12)

Experience: Less than 1 year in a related role (hospitality or customer service experience beneficial)
