Purpose of the Role

To provide administrative support to the Kinto division and assist the current business team in daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Kinto exception reports (e.g. credit declines, dealer queries) and communicate with sales managers

  • Perform secretarial duties for the Kinto Executive team

  • Oversee divisional administrative tasks

  • Manage departmental leave schedules

  • Create purchase orders and track against cost estimates

  • Monitor expenses

  • Maintain organized records, including NATIS documents

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings

  • Prepare and manage monthly reports


Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant qualification at NQF Level 5 (240 credits on level 8 framework)

  • Proven experience in administrative roles

  • Experience handling customer interactions

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Proficient in MS Office (intermediate to advanced)

  • Working knowledge of SAP

  • Experience with ET1 and Miles systems (advantageous)
