Job Purpose
Clover is seeking an Administrative Controller to manage the procurement and availability of maintenance spares and parts. This role ensures seamless spares support for operations at the Clayville branch, focusing on procurement, stock control, supplier coordination, and administrative management.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

Experience: Relevant experience with job-related concepts and systems

Language: Fluent in Business English

Computer Skills: Intermediate (MS Office, stock systems)

License: Code 08 Driver's License

Duties and Responsibilities

Procure and manage stock of maintenance spares

Source quality parts at competitive prices

Track and verify stock movements and supplier performance

Place and follow up on capital and direct part orders

Coordinate service and repairs for shared equipment and vehicles

Administer all maintenance purchasing and filing processes

Ensure timely deliveries and maintain stock availability

Lead quarterly stock takes and oversee related admin
