Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Required); Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)

  • Experience: 0–2 years in an administrative role

  • Other Skills:

    • Ability to manage time and pressure in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings

  • Format and prepare documents, presentations, and reports

  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Handle emails and telephone communication

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Business Area Manager

Personal Assistance

  • Organize internal events, meetings, and conferences

  • Manage confidential information professionally

  • Act as liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders

Project Management Support

  • Assist with project proposals, presentations, and tracking

  • Support cross-functional teams in gathering feedback and documentation

  • Coordinate innovation sessions and brainstorm meetings

  • Help manage project reporting and budgeting tasks

Business Support

  • Prepare and consolidate data for operational reports

  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions

  • Monitor ongoing departmental tasks and projects

  • Suggest improvements to existing admin processes
