Key Purpose
To provide 7 unemployed individuals with the opportunity to enroll in a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3) through a structured 12-month learnership, combining on-the-job experience with theoretical training at CCBSA Nigel Manufacturing.
What is a Learnership?
A learnership is a registered, structured learning program that integrates:

Classroom-based (theoretical) training
-
Workplace-based (practical) experience
It results in a nationally recognized qualification listed on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), based on SAQA-registered unit standards.
Minimum Requirements

South African citizen

Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science (NOT Maths Literacy)

Previously unemployed

Employment Equity (EE) candidate

Must not have completed this qualification/learnership previously
