Job Purpose

To provide accurate and quality administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders, enabling Nedbank to achieve its business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and process administration requests on internal systems

  • Handle vendor invoice payments and reconciliations

  • Support revenue growth by following up on submitted sales

  • Maintain cost tracking through transfer pricing and MIS

  • Prepare trustee meeting packs and month-end reports

  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights

  • Respond to client and stakeholder queries within the Service Level Agreement

  • Escalate anomalies or mismatches to the Team Manager

  • Keep records up to date in secure digital or physical repositories

  • Ensure compliance with Nedbank policies and FICA regulations

  • Recommend process, system, and policy enhancements

  • Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives

  • Share knowledge with team members


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)

  • Diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration (Preferred)

  • 1–3 years in an administrative role

  • Familiarity with POS systems and banking systems
