Job Purpose
To provide accurate and quality administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders, enabling Nedbank to achieve its business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Capture and process administration requests on internal systems
-
Handle vendor invoice payments and reconciliations
-
Support revenue growth by following up on submitted sales
-
Maintain cost tracking through transfer pricing and MIS
-
Prepare trustee meeting packs and month-end reports
-
Monitor financial performance and provide insights
-
Respond to client and stakeholder queries within the Service Level Agreement
-
Escalate anomalies or mismatches to the Team Manager
-
Keep records up to date in secure digital or physical repositories
-
Ensure compliance with Nedbank policies and FICA regulations
-
Recommend process, system, and policy enhancements
-
Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives

Share knowledge with team members
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
-
Diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration (Preferred)

1–3 years in an administrative role

Familiarity with POS systems and banking systems
