Programme Overview
This 12-month entry-level learnership is designed to provide young South Africans with practical exposure to real business operations. Participants will work in one of Maersk’s South African offices, gaining hands-on experience across different business functions and building workplace capabilities in a professional environment.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Completed Grade 12 / Matric

Tertiary qualifications are advantageous

Not permanently employed

Less than 2 years of work experience

Between the ages of 18 and 30

Must not have completed a YES Learnership previously
