Key Responsibilities

• Comply with order specifications from customers, meeting time and quality standards

• Follow warehouse procedures in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Contribute to achieving and exceeding warehouse performance standards

• Meet and exceed daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Maintain Caterpillar 3-star contamination grading standards

• Uphold high levels of housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Forklift License and Driver’s License (advantageous)

• Basic knowledge of parts

• Computer literacy

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Attention to detail and numeric accuracy

• Must be customer service-oriented
