Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a strong generalist background. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a variety of office and financial administration responsibilities in a dynamic work environment. This role is particularly suited to individuals who are organised, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking.
Key Responsibilities

Handle reception duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office

Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels

Provide administrative support to project staff

Generate and manage receipts, quotes, and invoices

Process and record payments

Capture income and expenditure using Sage Accounting software

Conduct bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and oversee other financial admin duties

Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records

Perform general office administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements

Post-matric qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, Financial Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the nonprofit sector

Experience using Sage Accounting software is highly desirable

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

High level of computer literacy

Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets

Advanced spreadsheet skills preferred

Own transport is advantageous

Strong verbal and written communication skills
