Job Purpose

AVBOB is looking for a Branch Admin Clerk to handle general office administrative duties at their Krugersdorp branch. The successful candidate will report to the Area Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties

  • Typing and record keeping

  • Operating the switchboard

  • Assisting with client services

  • Data input and scanning of documents

  • General office admin

  • Handling petty cash


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • 1–2 years of relevant office administration experience (advantageous)


Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and WordPerfect

  • Good communication skills in English
