Job Purpose

The Department of Infrastructure in the Western Cape Government is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to provide administrative support in fleet and supply chain management in Bellville.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent qualification

  • Valid driver’s licence (Code B or higher)

Recommendations

  • Experience or working knowledge of fleet administration, procurement, and supply chain management

  • General procurement and administrative duties

  • Data capturing

  • Licensing and repair authority administration

  • Traffic fine administration

  • Administration of machine transfers and plant management

  • Liaison for loss control

  • Organising logistics and auction administration

    • Procurement processes via Integrated Purchasing System
