Purpose of the Job
The successful candidate will ensure world-class reception services while managing day-to-day administrative and mail room operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, client-focused service and ensuring all front desk functions meet company standards.
Minimum Requirements
Education:

Matric (Grade 12) – Essential

Relevant qualification – Advantageous
Experience:

At least 2 years of proven work experience as a corporate receptionist within the financial services industry.

Knowledge of customer service principles.

Ability to speak more than two languages is an advantage.
