Job Description

Join our team as a Call Centre Agent, where you will:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers or passengers.
  • Resolve issues such as delays and cancellations.
  • Explain processes and assist customers where needed.
  • Work in a team and adapt to shift work, including longer hours.
  • Handle confidential information and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • 1 to 4 years experience in a Call Centre environment.
  • Travel or relevant qualification (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (speak, read, and write).
  • Strong computer literacy and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Clean criminal and credit record.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Own transport (advantageous).

  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
    (Includes weekends and public holidays)
