Job Description
Join our team as a Call Centre Agent, where you will:
- Handle incoming calls from customers or passengers.
- Resolve issues such as delays and cancellations.
- Explain processes and assist customers where needed.
- Work in a team and adapt to shift work, including longer hours.
- Handle confidential information and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- 1 to 4 years experience in a Call Centre environment.
- Travel or relevant qualification (advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills in English (speak, read, and write).
- Strong computer literacy and excellent phone etiquette.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
- Own transport (advantageous).
