Job Description
TWK Agri is looking for a Clerk (Admin) to join their Life Insurance Department in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle administrative tasks related to life insurance and investments.
- Schedule appointments and prepare documentation.
- Resolve client service requests and ensure compliance is up to date.
- Prepare and implement new business processes.
- Assist with service-related tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Keep detailed electronic client files on the system.
- Manage personnel within the department.
- Perform general administrative duties for the Life Insurance division.
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12 (Required).
- 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry (advantageous).
- Computer literacy (Required).
- Advanced Excel skills (advantageous).
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deadline-driven with excellent organizing and planning skills.
- Hardworking, conscientious, and energetic.
