Job Description

TWK Agri is looking for a Clerk (Admin) to join their Life Insurance Department in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle administrative tasks related to life insurance and investments.
  • Schedule appointments and prepare documentation.
  • Resolve client service requests and ensure compliance is up to date.
  • Prepare and implement new business processes.
  • Assist with service-related tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Keep detailed electronic client files on the system.
  • Manage personnel within the department.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the Life Insurance division.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Required).
  • 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry (advantageous).
  • Computer literacy (Required).
  • Advanced Excel skills (advantageous).
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deadline-driven with excellent organizing and planning skills.
  • Hardworking, conscientious, and energetic.
