Job Overview

A position is available for an Admin Assistant II to manage diaries, handle general office administration, and track sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management – Organize and maintain schedules.

  • General Administration – Support day-to-day office tasks.

  • Office Administration – Ensure smooth office operations.

  • Sales Tracking – Monitor and track sales objectives.


Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

  • 1-2 years' administrative/secretarial experience (retail/FMCG experience is a bonus)

  • Financial management skills

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Sales objective achievement skills
