Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Storing: Inspect, unload, label, and store goods while ensuring accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while preventing damage.
- Inventory Management: Conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain stock level records.
- Loading and Dispatching: Load outgoing shipments accurately and on time.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, report hazards, and use protective equipment appropriately.
- General Warehouse Duties: Maintain cleanliness, operate equipment safely, and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS and inventory procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical stamina for lifting and manual labor.
- Forklift certification is an added advantage.
