Position Overview
Job Title: Stock Clerk
Key Focus: Efficient stock management and loss control to ensure seamless retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management:
- Handle the physical receiving and dispatch of stock.
- Conduct daily sectional counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Participate in financial stock takes to control stock loss.
Housekeeping and Security:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Teamwork and Self-Management:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
- Exhibit proactive and effective self-management.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven retail experience.
