Purpose Statement
Manage a portfolio of business banking clients, delivering exceptional client service to retain and grow client value while attracting new clients for future growth.

Experience Required
Minimum:
- 2+ years in a Business Banking environment.
Ideal:
- Experience in:
- Sales and product value propositions.
- Administration of Business Banking transactions.
- Client service in a banking environment.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Certificate.
Ideal:
- Diploma in Accounting (Financial Accounting) or Business Management.
Knowledge
Minimum Requirements:
- Business banking environment and product features/benefits.
- General banking practices and credit principles (e.g., application, securities, balance sheet requirements).
- Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
- Administrative processes related to Business Banking.
- Client relationship management principles.
Ideal:
- Capitec Business Bank products, systems, and processes.
- Competitor product offerings and operational/marketing tactics.
