Position Overview
The Loader will report to the Dispatch Manager and is responsible for loading and offloading bread on-site. This is a 6-day work position.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and offload bread following the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Maintain the pipeline sequence for loading and offloading.
- Perform tray counts and ensure trays in the truck are balanced.
- Attend daily Invocom meetings.
- Load and offload only quality bread.
- Ensure stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
- Communicate loading/offloading issues to the supervisor.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 with strong numerical skills.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 months in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
