Job Opportunity: Parts Trainee

Duties and Responsibilities
Parts Management:
- Pick parts accurately according to picking lists.
- Record picked parts against customer accounts.
- Pack parts with the necessary documentation for dispatch or collection.
- Perform binning of parts and maintain accurate bin locations.
- Assist with stock processing and generate reports.
Stock Handling:
- Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory.
- Assist in receiving, dispatching, delivering, and collecting parts when necessary.
Sales and Customer Support:
- Support parts counter sales operations.
- Provide excellent service to customers and colleagues.
General Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and SHEQ rules.
- Be flexible to work weekends or additional hours as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 with English, Mathematics, Engineering Graphics & Design (EGD), or Business Studies.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Presentable, punctual, and respectful.
Other:
- Adherence to confidentiality policies.
- Valid code EB (08) driver’s license.
Added Advantages
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a parts environment.
- Willingness to relocate upon completion of training if required.
