Job Opportunity: Despatch Clerk
Location: Rustenburg, North-West

Purpose of the Job
To manage and administer the dispatch process, which includes receiving and capturing stock, printing documentation, invoicing, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Stock Management:
- Receive and capture stock from bakeries into the dispatch system.
- Verify physical stock against system stock and picking slips.
- Ensure accurate loading of trucks on time.
Data and Documentation:
- Perform data capturing for all dispatch administration tasks.
- Process and capture invoices.
Customer Support:
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Supervision:
- Oversee staff to ensure operational efficiency.
General Administration:
- Maintain accuracy in all administrative and logistical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with business processes, rules, and procedures.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in in-house systems such as DRM, GP10, and GP2015.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Teamwork and the ability to foster collaboration.
- Innovative and committed to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated accountability and respect in the workplace.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Must be computer literate.
Experience Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment.
Key Outputs and Conditions
- 6-day position, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
- Must meet daily deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
