Role Overview
TWK Agri seeks a detail-oriented and organised Clerk (Admin) to join the Trade (Mechanisation) Division. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement and Stock Management:
- Process purchase orders and invoices.
- Manage the receiving of stock.
Financial Administration:
- Handle banking, sales, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and capture financial reports.
Workshop Coordination:
- Address workshop-related inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Prepare booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment servicing.
General Office Duties:
- Data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Organise and maintain workshop-related documentation.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in promoting workshops via social media, newsletters, and website updates.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Matric / Grade 12.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
