Role Overview

TWK Agri seeks a detail-oriented and organised Clerk (Admin) to join the Trade (Mechanisation) Division. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Procurement and Stock Management:

    • Process purchase orders and invoices.
    • Manage the receiving of stock.
  2. Financial Administration:

    • Handle banking, sales, and reconciliations.
    • Prepare and capture financial reports.
  3. Workshop Coordination:

    • Address workshop-related inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
    • Prepare booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment servicing.
  4. General Office Duties:

    • Data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Organise and maintain workshop-related documentation.
  5. Marketing Support:

    • Assist in promoting workshops via social media, newsletters, and website updates.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Education: Matric / Grade 12.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in computer applications.
    • Strong administrative and data management skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Detail-oriented and organised.
