Purpose of the Role
To provide customers with cellular services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing the profitability of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Profitability:
- Maximize the profitability of the business unit by achieving individual contract sales targets.
Promotion of Products:
- Actively promote contract products to customers to enhance business value.
Contracts Application Process:
- Ensure that the contract application process is executed according to the required standards.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a customer-centric manner.
Teamwork and Self-Management:
- Collaborate effectively within a team and manage tasks efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric
- Experience: 1–2 years of working experience in the retail industry.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of contract services and products.
- Risk management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Technical Knowledge
Systems:
- SAP Systems
- Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS
- Telkom CRM
- AVS, PayJoy & Vumatel
Other Skills:
- Sales acumen in credit services.
- Understanding of IC policies, processes, and procedures.
- Knowledge of the IC business operating model.
