Job Summary
As a Call Centre Agent at Pedros, you will handle incoming customer calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and services. Your main responsibility is accurately recording and coordinating customer orders with the stores, while enhancing the customer experience through effective communication and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Knowledge: Understand the restaurant’s menu offerings to provide detailed descriptions and make recommendations.
- Order Management:
- Take customer orders over the phone for delivery or collection.
- Record customer choices and special instructions accurately.
- Coordinate orders with the appropriate store.
- Modify Orders: Assist customers in making changes to existing orders and communicate updates to the stores.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional menu items or services to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate.
- Skills:
- Computer literacy.
- Good phone etiquette.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience:
- Experience handling inbound calls.
- Previous experience in a call centre or similar role.
