Job Description

The Service Centre Administration role involves managing daily administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the service centre. This includes customer service, scheduling, payment processing, and record maintenance.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
  2. Schedule appointments for staff and maintain the service centre calendar.
  3. Process payments for services and maintain accurate financial records.
  4. Keep the service centre clean and organized.
  5. Ensure supplies and equipment are well-stocked and functional.
  6. Monitor and order inventory as needed.
  7. Collaborate with the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
  8. Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred).
  3. Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
    • Capable of working independently and within a team.
